Our Commitment
Illumate UI does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data We Collect
We only collect data necessary for providing our service:
- Account information (email, name) — for authentication and communication
- Usage data (created tours, sites) — for service functionality
- Session security data (device hash derived from passive HTTP signals, IP address used for security and anomaly detection) — for fraud prevention, automatically purged after 90 days
Third-Party Services
We use a limited set of third-party services strictly to provide our service:
- Stripe Payments Europe, Limited — payment processing (governed by Stripe's privacy policy)
- EU-based cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, AWS EMEA SARL, Hetzner Online GmbH) — hosting and operations under Data Processing Agreements
None of these services receive your personal data for their own marketing or advertising purposes. A current list of sub-processors is referenced in our Privacy Policy Section 11.
Your Rights
Under CCPA / CPRA, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights
